How to place an order

You can place an order online through our website: www.oides.store (24 hours a day, seven days a week).

You can make purchases with or without a user account.

We are here to assist you; please contact us with any doubts or questions.

Shipping costs

If you make a purchase below 30€, shipping costs of 6,99€ will be added.

If the order is above 30€, shipping is free.

Shipping costs are calculated on the checkout screen.

Delivery time

Orders placed before 12:30 PM (Canary Islands time, GMT+0) containing in-stock products are shipped the same day, except on Saturdays and Sundays.

Delivery times depend on the delivery area, holidays, environmental force majeure, and may vary depending on the ordering/payment method.

We typically deliver shipments within the following timeframes:

  • Lanzarote: Delivery in 24-72 business hours
  • Fuerteventura: Delivery in 24-72 business hours
  • Gran Canaria: Delivery in 24-72 business hours
  • Tenerife: Delivery in 24-72 business hours
  • La Gomera: Delivery in 24-72 business hours
  • La Palma: Delivery in 24-72 business hours
  • El Hierro: Delivery in 24-72 business hours

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email informing you that your order has been shipped, indicating the carrier and the delivery date.

If for any reason the delivery time needs to be extended, OiDES.PROstore will notify the customer within a maximum of 48 hours after the order is placed, giving them the option to cancel their order and receive a full refund.

Delivery to hotel

  1. Enter your normal details in the order.
  2. Provide the hotel information name, address and room number in the comments.
  3. We will deliver the order to your hotel´s reception.

Transfer or account deposit:

To make a transfer or account deposit we have the following bank account at your disposal:

NOTICE: Order processing will take longer as we will only dispatch the package once the money has been received in our mentioned bank account.


Card payment:

When processing the transaction, it is ensured that the card user is the legitimate cardholder.

To use this payment system, it is necessary for you as the cardholder to register for the service through your bank. If you haven't done so yet, please contact your bank for information. In most cases, they can activate your card instantly.

You can make payments with all major credit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Union Pay.

During the transaction, you will be asked for the credit card number, expiration date, cardholder's name, and the CVC (3-digit security code printed on the back of the card, usually next to the cardholder's signature area).


Express Checkout:

Accelerated or express payments save your payment and shipping information. If you return to our store and pay in the same way, your information will be automatically filled in at checkout without the need to register. You can bypass the cart and proceed directly to payment from the product page using the selected accelerated payment method.

Product availability

We are committed to providing you with accurate and up-to-date information regarding the availability of the products you see on our website. Availability is updated in real-time based on orders, and we update the website daily based on the goods we receive.

Second hand team gear

The term "second hand team gear" refers to an item that has had previous use, in this case for testing purposes.

Our second hand team gear are in very good condition, thoroughly inspected, and ready to be enjoyed.

User account

User accounts are designed to streamline your ordering process. We store information such as order addresses, invoices, and your preferred payment method for future purchases.

Additionally, you gain exclusive access to special offers reserved for user accounts, product updates, and important news.

Feel free to contact us with any doubts, questions, or inquiries about products, product availability, prices, or offers.

If we're not online, we will respond within a maximum of 24 hours.

Insurance

All shipments are insured against breakage, damage, and loss.

In case of visible damage:
The customer should specify to the carrier that the packaging shows visible damage that may have affected the product. These damages to the packaging should be noted and signed for at the time of delivery.

In case of non-visible damage:
Even if the packaging is in perfect condition, it is possible that the product may have suffered damage during transportation. Upon receiving the goods, the customer should note and sign "PENDING INSPECTION." In case of damage to the material, the customer should notify OiDES.PROstore as soon as possible. If these requirements are not met, the insurance company may reject the compensation request.

In case of loss:
If your purchase does not arrive on the specified date when placing the order, the first step is to contact our customer service. Once you have contacted us with your issue, we will get in touch with the shipping company to inquire about the status of your order. We will contact you shortly to clarify the next steps.

Refund

  • You have the right to withdraw from the present contract within a period of 14 natural days without the need for justification.
  • To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the communication concerning your exercise of this right to be sent before the corresponding period expires.
