Terms and Conditions of OiDES.PROstore Voucher:

The OiDES.PRO voucher is valid for 2 years from the date of activation on our website www.oides.store

The gift card can be used to pay for all or part of purchases. In other words, it can be used in one or multiple transactions. Card payment can be complemented with another payment method if needed.

The gift card is loaded with a flexible amount (minimum: 50 € / 100 € / 150 € / 200 € / 250 € / 300 € / 350 € / 400 € / 450 € / 500 €).

HOW TO USE MY GIFT CARD?
The voucher can only be used on our online store www.oides.store

It's very simple: when placing your order, in the payment method selection step, click on the option that offers payment by voucher.

It's not possible to choose the amount that will be paid with the voucher. The voucher balance is automatically used at the time of payment.

It's not possible to use a voucher on a website where it hasn't been purchased.

It's possible to pay for an order with multiple voucher.

HOW CAN I CHECK MY CARD BALANCE?
To check the available balance on your voucher and its expiration date, simply contact us via the following email: info@oides.store

PURCHASING A VOUCHER
You can only purchase a voucher by visiting www.oides.store

Once you have bought your voucher, you will receive an order confirmation email. You or a person of your choice (specified at the time of purchase) will then receive the voucher number via email for online use.

MORE INFORMATION
The purchase of the voucher cannot be refunded, either in full or in part. If the initial purchase does not reach the voucher amount, the balance remains available for subsequent purchases until the voucher balance is exhausted or its validity expires.

The voucher will only be activated upon receipt of the order confirmation email.

In case of loss or theft, no refund or replacement of the voucher will be issued.

The voucher amount is not considered when calculating shipping costs.

RETURNS
Purchase made at OiDES.PROstore.

In the event of a return of all or part of your order paid with a gift card, the amount of your item(s) will be refunded in a new digital gift card. This card can be used in our online store and can be used in one or multiple transactions. You will receive the digital gift card number through our customer service.

VOUCHER VALIDITY
An OiDES.PROstore voucher is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.

It is not exchangeable or refundable.
