PACE PRO 10.0 TESTKITE

The PACE PRO from CORE Kiteboarding is the brand's new 3-strut Big Air kite. From our perspective, this kite is literally a Big Air machine. Its handling is excellent and straightforward, with takeoffs that provide a direct upward lift. This is likely due to the new lightweight and stiffer material, Aluula, used in its construction.

However, it should be noted that this kite does not offer the best hangtime characteristics compared to the CORE XR PRO, where it falls slightly short in this aspect.

Another important observation is that the sizes of this kite might be slightly overestimated. For example, during our test with the 10 m² model, under the wind conditions we experienced (approximately 25-30 knots), we wouldn’t have expected the 10 m² to be the perfect choice. Other riders used similar models from different brands in sizes 1 to 2 smaller.

On the positive side, we highlight the tight and controlled loops (even with the 10 m²), the excellent sense of control at all times, and a bar with moderate pull that doesn’t overly drag horizontally forward.

We recommend the PACE PRO for riders looking to improve their kiteloops and seeking a reliable, durable kite for new challenges.
